Deschutes County Fair and Rodeo needed to create a horse mascot named "DC" for it's annual Fair and to use year round for marketing. After much research we decided on using Vince at Raptor Arts to design and build "DC". Thanks to Vince's expertise in constructing the mascot head, "DC came to life" better than we ever expected! Each time "DC" makes an appearance, he brings smiles to the folks who see him. I highly recommend Raptor Arts to anyone who is in need of this type of curiosity.
